Kindercare - This company does not care about children
While breaking their contract prematurely, they wrote us an email claiming to care about the children, the staff, the families and USC. I found this to be hypocritical. See the attached picture. I want to add that the staff at the USC kindercare CCLC program is phenomenal. It is the executive management I am deeply disappointed in. Kinder-care doesn't care about your child only your money.Its amazing how parents keep leaving their children after notices such a facility. not maintaining proper ratios ..... roach infested, fewer complaints cause staff afraid to lose jobs there. My child have been attending Kindercare in Cheshire Ct, for a few months now, most of the teachers are rude, loude and handles the children terrible, and the director Kristen is standing right there, so that tells me she is ok with their behavior, will be taking my child out of that preschool.i don't recommend this school, to no parents.
