Kindercare complaint
I am a new Employee for Kindercare Learning Center. I am a "teachers assistant". I work in the 3, 2, 1 1/2, 1 year olds and Infants room. This *** me off. I get switched (as do most other employees) at least 3 times a day. I am thinking about my daughter in this way. To think about how there is never steady teachers in there makes me angry. She is a year old and cant handle the switch every hour. This is all because of numbers and the shedule is screwed up. They should have set teachers for each room. And if numbers went down a teacher could leave. 2 shifts. 4 Teachers total per room. Thats it! Easy.

Also I never had training. I came in for a working interview and that was it. I was never told rules, like I cant eat in the classroom, got in trouble for that one (when and where am I supposed to eat?! We dont get scheduled breaks). Dont send your kids here.

I see what you are saying. Not just one year olds, but a child any age needs a constant teacher that they can depend on being there day after day. Daycare can be stressful and is even more stressful if the child keeps having his/her teachers changed.
